Sessions involvetailoring exercises to the patient’s specific needs after identifying their physical, mental, spiritual level of well-being. This is in an effort bring the person back into balance using Yoga principles and techniques. The process of cognitive and somatic reconditioning is worked upon during the sessions enabling the patient to integrate the changes into their life. Follow up exercises are often given to maximize improvements between sessions.
