Noémie Crépeau, FFY, IYF- Yoga Therapist

Passionate about the intelligence of the body and the movements of the mind, Noémie first studied dance at UQAM and Literature at the Université de Montréal.

She trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga during her Master’s degree in Comparative Literature in 2010, and chose the path of yoga after two years teaching literature at Collège de Maisonneuve.

She was a Senior Teacher at Yoga Sangha for 10 years, helping to train hundreds of yoga teachers. She has also worked in collaboration with many health professionals to accompany and alleviate various physical and psychological conditions through a therapeutic approach to yoga.

Noémie has developed expertise in the technique of postures (Asanas), the art of breathing (Pranayama) and relaxation (Nidra).

A yoga session enables you to better understand your body and move it to promote balance and overall well-being. The practice of yoga helps to integrate the benefits of osteopathy into movement, and maintains their long-term effects towards optimal health.

Noémie regularly organizes yoga retreats and hikes in various parts of the world. She speaks French, English and Spanish.
